How long will it take for my products to arrive 

•           Orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days. If your order hasn’t made it to you within that timeframe, feel free to reach out to us at kelsie@ballancedaesthetics.com
•           Please note that shipping times may be longer during the holiday season.

Do you ship outside of the US?

• We are only currently shipping within the United States at this time.

What happens if my shipment never arrives?

• Unfortunately if your shipment is missing or lost there is not much we can do once it has left our facility. Ballanced Aesthetics cannot be held responsible for any lost or missing items. Please contact the selected carrier (USPS) for assistance.
